Catapult plans and runs a capital campaign in five sequential phases. The Feasibility Study comes first: we interview board members, staff, and top prospects to pressure-test the goal before a single dollar is asked for.
Campaign Planning follows over a focused 3-6 month runway, prioritizing prospect data, finalizing campaign materials, and recruiting and training a Campaign Committee.
The Quiet Phase runs 24-36 months, working alongside the Campaign Chair and Steering Committee to solicit major gifts from individuals, foundations, and corporations, typically securing the majority of the goal before any public announcement.
Campaign Connect, the public or community phase, then reaches core constituencies (alumni, parents, grateful patients, members, subscribers) by phone to raise the remaining 10-20% of the goal while dramatically expanding the donor base.
